Our Advanced Team Training classes meet 9 times throughout the week at our Farmingdale location. This class is an “advanced” class and will include a dynamic warm up, timed challenges, obstacle courses, complexes, intervals. High powered workouts that combine resistance training from a variety of forms, cardio training, and core training for an action packed workout guaranteed to produce awesome results. Workouts change weekly. This is our large group class. Bottom line is they will produce RESULTS.
