What a great tip Billy. Thanks. Looking forward to the next one. Do you think peanut butter is a healthy snack option? I eat low fat peanut butter or smart balance. I usually have one or two tablespoons with an apple. Is this too much fat or is it a healthy fat?

Do the cooking “frenzy” all the time – if I am making one meal, might as well throw some extra chicken on the grill for the next;) Another time saver I found is putting food into a grab size snack bag once – for instance, if I am bringing in some almonds for a snack at work – I will portion out 3-5 servings into separate bags so I am good for the next couple of days (or the entire container – 6 servings = 6 bags); if my son needs a snack – its already an easy to grab portion amount!
I tend not to leave a response, however after reading through
