Dr Oz – 50 Second No Carb Muffin
Mix all ingredients in a mug and cook in microwave for 50 seconds
1 egg
1 t baking powder
1 t virgin coconut oil
2 t cinnamon
1 t chia seeds
1 packet of stevia (optional)
1/4 cup of ground flax seeds
