Since it’s vacation time for many people, we get a lot of questions about what to do while on vaca. Here is one from Theresa who I must say is doing so AWESOME. Happy Monday! As I mentioned last week, I will be going away on Thursday for a week and was wondering if you could give me some guidelines to at least maintain if not progress. The hotel has a gym with treadmills and weight machines. I did not notice bicycles. Should I do different body parts on different days or just do a circuit….?
