Up until now, we’ve offered a trial week of some sort which served as a “test drive” for our Boot Camp program. As we’ve grown, we’ve now found that this isn’t the best system anymore. It isn’t fair to new clients (they need more individual instruction) or existing clients (they already know the movements and are ready to work). TBBC now introduces….
TBBC Elevate – This is a 4 week program designed to prepare clients for our ongoing Boot Camp program. Participants in this program will be exposed to our movement techniques as well as perform progressively more intense workouts (it’s still Boot Camp). It will meet 3 times per week and a two times per week minimum commitment is required. The classes build on each other.
Our first Elevate class is beginning 5/29/12 and will meet Tuesdays at 7 PM, Thursdays at 6:25 PM, and Saturdays at 10:15 AM. We only have 10 spots available to ensure our participants receive the best Boot Camp experience possible. Reserve your spot today by calling (631) 225-7831.
