Our Elevate class meets 5 times throughout the week. It is designed for generally healthy people (injury free) who want to ultimately train in our advanced Boot Camp program. Our movements will be taught in a group format. It is still Boot Camp so there will be progressive workouts included in each class. Proper nutrition will be taught as well as how to systematically implement other healthy habits into your life.
Elevate sessions are fun and will help you move and feel better. Bottom line is they will produce RESULTS.
