At TBBC, we believe combat to be an integral part of a well rounded fitness program. We are proud to offer a Long Island kickboxing program to meet this need. In addition to Muay Thai being extremely effective for self defense, it is also a great way to get into kick-butt shape!
TBBC’s Muay Thai program is headed by a former pro fighter who cares to see our students progress while having a good time. The dynamic 50 minute sessions begin a Muay Thai warm up (foot work and calisthenics) and include pad work and other drills. You will leave this Long Island kickboxing program feeling confident and invigorated.
