Just a real quick update. Week 5 is in the books. I’m focused and ready to go hard in my last week of my personal Transformation.
I did a great workout with TBBC super trainer Billy Riccio this morning which included shadow boxing, incline chest presses, front squats, heavy rows, training ropes, and bag work. I felt pumped all day and I’m ready for tomorrow. Usually I take Sunday off but I’m extra focused because next weekend I’ll be taking a short vacation.

My A-Ha moment this week was really keeping my eye on the prize. When tempted with skipping a workout I just thought how much better I’d feel if I give it my all. This week was a challenge because it was so busy but I’m so glad I didn’t give in to the excuses I was telling myself.:)
