Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (organic if possible)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
Directions:
Combine everything in a blender, and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
