Step 1: Fitness Strategy Session
We start everybody off with a starting point we call a Fitness Strategy Session. This session will be 45-60 minutes and will include us getting to know you a bit, doing your first workout (very basic so you get an idea of what we do), and a chat to let you know what we’d recommend.
Step 2: We Come Up With An Action Plan For You
We’ll give you a full run down of everything you need to do from nutrition and training schedule as well as some other factors.
Our approach to tailoring a roadmap based on your unique needs is a game changer.
You don’t have to worry about figuring out what to do. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
You’ll be doing workouts designed for you and your unique situation (fitness level, past injuries, etc.).
We like to have fun but we are also serious about you getting results.
Step 3: You Have Your Own Coach At Each Session
Your session will be booked in advance so the coach will be prepared to give you the best experience possible.
Don’t worry though because it’s super easy to book. You can do so online, through an app, in person when you’re in the gym, or through text or e-mail.
One of the things our members really enjoy is that they have their time booked and the accountability that goes with it.
Our Training Services…
Small Group Personal Training. This is our primary offering. You’ll work in a group with a fewer other people (Most time slots are a group of 2-6). Our members love the personal attention they get through small groups. It is just like having your own coach as the team is super attentive to form and detail. This ensures that you are performing the workout safely and getting the maximum benefit. The camaraderie with other members is another huge benefit for many. It is not uncommon for people to tell us that it’s not just the coaches that are so supportive but it’s the other members as well.
We also offer some team training time slots at our Famringdale location. These potentially larger group sessions are a great alternative for fat burning workouts. We like to say it’s much more fun than an hour on the treadmill and a whole lot more effective!
Step 4: RoadMap Check-Ins
From your very first session, we create a plan for you that we call your roadmap.
From there, our accountability coached will check in with you regularly to see how you’re doing and how they can help.
We realized a long time ago that it’s not just what happens in the gym. What you do in terms of eating and movement on the other days will have a huge influence on your results.
For that reason, we take the time and energy to support you there.
Each month you’ll have the opportunity to sit down, discuss you plan, and make any needed changes. Just having that support goes a long way.
As you can see from the diagram, the TBBC Advantage is a simple system that produces results.
It’s based on some crucial ingredients: An action plan, implementation of that plan, and continued improvement. The cool part is that your plan will keep evolving as you and your goals do. Can’t wait for you to go through the process and see for yourself!
