Q: Take us back to what your life was like before joining the TBBC Program?
A: Before I joined TBBC my life wasn’t great at all. I was very overweight. Almost obese. I didn’t have a lot of energy. I would get tired easily. Just simply walking around places would make me sweat a ton. Simply put life was really difficult.
Q: Why did you end up deciding to join the TBBC program?
A: I joined TBBC because it was recommended to me by my cousin. I visited their website and I read a lot of great stories about other people who had experienced significant changes. I felt it would be a great fit for me. Was exactly the type of program that would work for me. After talking to Billy and having my first consultation I was pretty confident it was a great place.
Q: What was your first impression from the TBBC program?
A: My first impression of TBBC was really great. It was my consultation with KC Reilly. He was friendly and understanding. And he definitely wanted to help. My first week at TBBC was a little intimidating. I hadn’t done a whole lot of workouts like this before. But the coaches modified things for me while I learned the proper form for various exercises. And the Warriors at TBBC are extremely supportive and provide a lot of motivation.
Q: What aspects/tools of TBBC have benefited you the most?
A: I think the best aspect of TBBC is the atmosphere and environment. The coaches put a lot of time and effort into making their workouts. They have very positive attitudes. And the same applies to the Warriors here. Everyone exudes a great deal of motivation, passion, energy, and dedication. The workouts are fun and engage your entire body. It’s such a friendly place. TBBC is like a family.
Q: How is the TBBC program different from other programs you have tried before? What makes TBBC different or unique?
A: TBBC is completely different from anything I’ve ever done before. I used to go to Planet Fitness but it was never really great for me. I wasn’t very motivated working out on my own. And it was always so packed that I never wanted to go. I had also tried working out with a personal trainer but again it didn’t work for me. Having been at TBBC I can now tell you what working out should really feel like. The coaches and Warriors feed off each other. The coaches feel great when they see you in there working hard. You feel great knowing they put a lot of thought into how they design the workouts and you feel great after doing the workout. I honestly look forward to coming to TBBC everyday.
Q: Walk us through your journey. What results and benefits have you experienced in the TBBC Program?
A: I’ve been at TBBC for just over 5 months now. I lost 11 pounds in the first 2 weeks and 15 pounds in the first month. 5 months later and I’ve lost a total of 44 pounds and over 8 inches on my waist. But just as important as the numbers are the health benefits. I sleep much better. I have lots of energy. I feel I’m more focused and locked into my goals.
Q: What would you say to anyone looking at the TBBC program
A: I would definitely recommend the TBBC program to anyone looking to make a change in their life. Whether you’re a complete novice like I was or you’ve been working out your whole life TBBC provides an experience very few places can provide. The atmosphere is conducive to change. Everyone works hard and feeds off each other. You won’t find many places that can motivate you and hold you as accountable as TBBC does.
