Q: Take us back to what your life was like before joining the TBBC Program?
A: Prior to joining the TBBC program, I was in a rut with my gym routine and needed more consistent classes and scheduling. I also needed to get a handle on what I was eating and when or why I was eating.
Q: Why did you end up deciding to join the TBBC program?
A: I ended up joining the TBBC program because I was working really hard at the gym and being consistent with my workouts but found it impossible to lose any weight or get a handle on my eating.
Q: What was your first impression from the TBBC program?
A: My first impression of the TBBC program was great! It is a REALLY welcoming environment. Both the trainers and the other people attending classes with you.
Q: What aspects/tools of TBBC have benefited you the most?
A: The tools of the TBBC program that have benefited me the most are tracking what I’m eating and when. I have made vast improvements in not eating mindlessly and I have increased my water intake to where it should be.
Q: How is the TBBC program different from other programs you have tried before? What makes TBBC different or unique?
A: The TBBC program is different from other programs because I feel like the staff and coaches really care. If you miss a few of your regular scheduled classes, they will check on you! Not to judge you but to make sure everything is OK. The friends I have made do the same.
Q: Walk us through your journey. What results and benefits have you experienced in the TBBC Program?
A: In the 6 weeks of doing the TBBC Answers program, I lost 2 inches from my hips and 3 inches from my stomach. Two months after the program, I have kept those inches off. I am still tracking my meals and staying hydrated.
Q: What would you say to anyone looking at the TBBC program
A: If anyone is looking into joining TBBC or the Answers program, it is a win-win. No one is perfect and everyone can use some assistance or guidance. I really enjoyed the Answers program and everything I learned about nutrition, goal setting and accountability. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!
