Healthy chocolate pudding? It’s true and just in time for the holidays:) It also helps that this recipe is super easy! I know avocados in pudding is not the norm but you will be surprised at how close this tastes to the classic recipe.
– 4 avocados
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 4 tablespoons cacao powder (NOT cocoa powder)
Mix all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor. You may want to add additional syrup or milk according to your tastes. Put in individual serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and let set overnight.
