The theme for this week at our Farmingdale Boot Camp in Long Island, NYis Little Things Making a Big Difference.
Unfortunately, a lot of people have an All or Nothing mentality and think that since they can’t hire a one-on-one trainer or workout for 2 hours per day they can’t do anything. There is a great quote on the wall at our Farmingdale, Long Island Boot Camp that says, “Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.”
Many people miss the boat on this. They don’t realize that we are where we are because of all the little decisions we’ve made. In other words, it’s not the whole pizza pie you ate or the half gallon of ice cream; it’s the handful of chips you had each night for 5 years that caused the weight gain over time.
Do what you can
Take out a pen and paper right now (I’ll wait) and list one or two little things you can do each day that will make a big difference over time. Maybe it’s parking further away to get some more activity into your day; or perhaps doing 10 minutes of body weight exercise first thing in the morning. You can do it. I believe in YOU!
