Looking for a quick snack for the kids or something different for yourself – try a peanut butter and banana wrap. All you need is a whole wheat wrap, a banana, and some peanut butter. Spread some peanut butter on the wrap, peel a ripe banana, place on wrap, and roll. Cut into bite size pieces. Can you think of anything easier? Pack in the lunch box when school starts or as a simple lunch when on the go. These bite size pieces work great in the car when you are running late:) Can not find any reason why this would not also suffice for a quick breakfast or pre-workout snack; talk about versatile;)
