These quick and easy treats come from our very own Raquel Modica. Super easy to make and so good to eat. Feel free to make them your own by mixing in your favorite additions such as dried cranberries or chocolate chips, image shown includes dried blueberries…yum! Try these out and they will prove to be a new family favorite for a quick breakfast or energy bursting snack.
Here’s all you need….
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together and form into balls, store in the freezer either on wax paper, on a cookie sheet, or directly into a ziplock bag to prevent freezer burn taste.
