Summer BBQ season is here and sometimes it’s difficult to think of a Healthy dish to bring to someone’s BBQ.
I discovered this awesome Salad a couple of years ago. It has been a Summer staple for my Family now. It’s great to share healthy recipes with Friends. I always get the “what’s in this” from everyone that tastes it. So here goes.
Summer Mango Salad
4 Ripe Mangoes (Cubed)
1/4 Spanish Onion. (Diced)
1 Clove Garlic. (Diced)
1 Jalapeño pepper (seeds removed then diced)
1/4 cup of BlueBerries
1 handful Cilantro (diced)
6 Mint Leaves (diced)
6 Strawberries (sliced)
Mix all ingredients in bowls then, Squeeze the Lime all over the the top. Chill, then Enjoy.
