Burpees and Swings are done – the third and final challenge is……Shuttle Runs!
Challenge is once again simple, how many times can you run from one end of the gym to the other in 2 minutes. Just like the last two challenges, you must have a TBBC trainer count your sprints and monitor your 2 minute time limit. Watch Kathy Conlon demonstrate in the quick video above to clarify.
Entries will be accepted from Friday August 16 until Thursday August 22, 2013.
