The day is finally here! Challenge #1 for the TBBC Games 2013 is ….. BURPEES! Come on, did you expect anything less:)
Challenge is simple, how many burpees can you do in 2 minutes. Rules are you must have a TBBC trainer count your burpees and monitor your 2 minute time limit. You must do a full burpee or it does not count towards your total. A full burpee includes full leg extension, a full pushup (girls may do from the knees), and a jump (feet must come off the floor) to complete. Entries will be accepted from Friday August 2 until Thursday August 8, 2013.

Remember there will be a total of 3 challenges with the winners announced at the TBBC Picnic on August 24th. You do not have to complete all 3 challenges to win but it will help your chances!
