Building your ideal body often starts with the first domino…
People ask me all the time, where do I start?
How do I shift from feeling tired and out of shape to being on my way to having my ideal body?
What’s going to get my health/fitness ‘there’?
It all often boils down to the Domino Effect.
What is your first domino that will automatically trigger an unstoppable chain reaction knocking over every other obstacle in your path to having the body/life that you want?
Well, for many people it’s planning meals.
Maybe you need to start going for walks.
Perhaps you want to start scheduling more training sessions.
But all too often though people don’t focus on that all important first domino.
Instead they do what they’ve always done and think they’ll magically transform their body.
This is a lie we tell ourselves.
Don’t let this happen to you.
Understand that your health is your responsibility.
Ignore that and everything else becomes harder and more stressful.
But embrace it and everything else gets easier.
So knock over that first domino…embrace your responsibility and use that to shape the body/health that you want.
