1lb. Jenny O Extra Lean ground turkey
1packet McCormack hot chili packet
1 large can red kidney beans
3 to 4 8ounce cans Delmonte tomato sauce(depends how wet you want it)
1Tbs. Olive oil
1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese to top it if desired
Heat oil in large skillet, cook pepper and onion until tender add Turkey and cook until no longer pink, add beans chili packet and tomato sauce. Let simmer for 20 min or longer if you want. Top with cheese and enjoy!
