Yesterday, I turned 38. Rather than give you 38 tips to be healthier and stronger (not a bad idea), I decided to record 3 for you. I was trying to get home for my special B-day dinner.
I’m glad I got home for dinner. Melissa made my favorite meal ever and even made me a Paleo cake with a picture of a BJJ black belt!
