Week 3 is pretty much in the books and I just finished my 6th workout of the week so I’m definitely on track and feeling better than ever! I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend and spending some time with the fam.:)
I have so much to be thankful for this week and here are some of those things…
- The fact that my video tips are helping so many people (based on feedback)
- My health
- My house
- My friends
- My food
I realize that those are really basic things but there are plenty of people who don’t have some (or all) of these things. It’s so easy to get caught up in what we don’t have and I want to be very careful not to fall into that trap.
My A-ha moment this week from an exercise standpoint was to include more variety. At first I was doing most of my cardio with running but I mixed it up with some lesser impact activities like shadow boxing and medicine ball drills. I feel better from making this small change. What small change can you make to mix things up? We realize the body thrives off of change and this is why the TBBC workouts are always different. Have a GREAT weekend and be safe!
