Lots of people are getting their vacations in before school starts.
We are a little different. We take 2 vacations per year. Our family trip to Family camp in Northeast Maryland was at the beginning of summer and then we’ll spend some time in Lancaster with Melissa’s parents in September. This way we can enjoy beautiful LI in August.
Some people completely disregard their fitness during the summer. This is another area where I’m different. I definitely relax the rules a little bit but if I go off the rails completely during vacation, I find it hard to get back on track.
