How knowledgeable are your trainers?
Our trainers are certified through either ISSA or NSCA. They not only teach the informative information we have at TBBC but they LIVE IT!!!
Do you have a nutritional program?
We have a variety of different ways to be attentive to your nutritional needs. We have in our TBBC store nutritional journals to help you track what you are eating and what your workouts are looking like each week. (with special discounts to new members!) Also, when you sign up for some of our memberships you will receive monthly check ins to see how your goals are coming along. If you need additional assistance, nutrition consulting is also available.
Do you give special attention to those who may need extra help?
Our small group sessions are a great way to get the specific attention you may need based on what your goals are or if you have specific health issues to keep in mind. Even in our large groups our trainers are always ready and willing to help!
Do you provide one-on-one training?
We do have memberships for one-on-one as well as small group training.
Do you provide monthly assessments to see where I’ve made progress?
Yes! Most of our memberships include monthly check ins and an assessment every 3 to 4 months.
Is there variety in the workouts?
It is said that “variety is the spice of life.” There is a great deal of variety every week in our workouts. But we also make sure we design workouts to help you progress which is always our main goal. RESULTS!
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Our only suggestion for bringing your own equipment is to bring along weights and a jump rope (yoga mat is optional depending on your comfort-ability level). However, we have plenty of equipment to go around!
How many classes do you have per day?
On average we have 5 classes per day but check out our printable class schedule to see which classes work best for your schedule!
How much is it to join?
We have a variety of memberships available to best meet not only your workout needs but also financial budget.
Do you have monthly packages?
We do have monthly packages available based on what you may be looking for in a workout.
How often do I have to pay for my membership?
Most of our clients pay monthly but we have some discounts if you would like to pay in full.
Because of large group classes will I not get the attention I might need?
Some who may be new to large group classes may fear they might not get enough attention. But at TBBC this is not a concern! We have qualified and attentive trainers who will make sure you are performing the workouts correctly as well as be willing to answer any questions you may have.
What could benefit me the most in small group sessions?
Small Group Sessions can benefit ANYONE! But this is especially true for those who may have health issues, injuries, have specific goals, or just need more help in terms of their form during a workout.
Do I have to schedule my classes and if so what happens if I need to miss a class or session?
We do ask that you schedule your classes for both Large Group and Small Group Sessions so we can have a better knowledge of who is in our classes and maybe the specifics to work on that day. Although this is not a must for Large Group Classes signing up is a MUST for Small Group Sessions. This must be done within 24hrs of a class. This is due to the fact that these sessions are only capable of handling 2-4 people at a time. If you miss a large group session there is no penalty. However there is a “3 strike” penalty for small groups if you do not cancel within 24hrs before the class. After that you will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
How often can I come during the week?
You can come as many times during the week to any one of our large group classes. Small Group Session attendance is based on your membership. This could be between 1 to unlimited times per week.
Do you offer anything other than large group classes?
We offer Small Group Sessions. We also offer express Boot Camp sessions which are 30 minutes in duration for those who are tight on time (Aren’t we all?).
