Here are some pictures of the marvelous work that Total Body BootCamp did for me. I walked in, in March, with very happy with my weight and confident in my physical ability, just looking to tone up a bit for my wedding and by May I got an even better transformation then I had anticipated. From the beginning, I knew I had a strapless dress so I wanted my arms to look tight with some muscle definition, But towards the end I then decided to add onto that goal and also focus on my abs and thought about how good I wanted to look for my husband while on our honeymoon. Within the 8 weeks I noticed slimming in my arms, stomach, chest, thighs, and face; I was amazed at what just a change I saw in such a short amount of time! My wedding was my motivation and my friends that joined me encouraged me to keep going each week!
